Interesting... most of your stanzas used 'initial repetition' (like I.... and You...) but your final stanza was a nice break from all that... The middle two lines "Long gone / I was" refers to the past, the surrounding outer lines "Long-lived... I am" refer to today. Very unique way to end, I suppose... The overall feeling (surprise) is one of love and heartbreak. Thanks for sharing!
