Shameless | TV Show Quick Review

Wild, crazy, hilarious and shocking: the first things that come to mind if I had to capture this show in four words. I have never watched a series that's so 'out there' that left me wanting more and to see how much worse things could possibly get for this family. And just when you think things can't get any worse, you couldn't be any more wrong...

The Walking Dead: Season 2, Episode 5: 'No Going Back' | Review

Sometimes There Just Isn’t the Right Answer

“Sometimes you have to hurt others to protect the people you care about,” but what happens when you have to hurt the people you care about to protect the lives of others? It’s never easy choosing between tough decisions, nor is it easy to sacrifice the things you care about most.

Bloodshed and Tears; No One is Safe

Tension is rising, the group is breaking, lives will be lost and another will be born. It’s never easy saying goodbye, nor is it easy to decide one’s fate. Escaping from the herd of zombies in ‘In Harm’s Way’ is only the beginning of what’s to come next, and with your choices locked in, there’s no

turning back.

The Wolf Among Us: Episode 5 'Cry Wolf' | Review

The Wolf will Rise.

When you cry wolf, nobody listens. But what if the one person who does listen, is the wolf himself?

All good things must come to an end, but will this be a happily ever after for the people of Fabletown and Bigby himself? How will it all end?

The definition of a ‘happy ending’ is different to many. Some players will enjoy it and others—and most likely many—will be left scratching their heads as they try to wrap their brain around a certain ‘twist’. But if there’s one thing for certain, this season finale is definitely bigger and ‘badder’ and contains more action than the previous episodes with an ending that will blow your mind—Wolf pun intended.

The Wolf Among Us: Episode 4 'In Sheep's Clothing' | Review

Rise of The Big Bad Wolf

Mirror, Mirror, on the wall, is this the greatest episode of them all?

It’s a question you tend to ask yourself during and after each episode, but the answer will always differ for each player. The mystery continues and you’re left second guessing your choices. I won’t give away too much in terms of spoilers of course, but let’s just say the first four minutes are painful,

not only to watch, but also to play—you’ll see why.

The Walking Dead: Season 2, Episode 3: 'In Harm's Way' | Review

“We’re more alike than you think.” – Carver

Family is important, yet so is safety. After being captured by ruthless Carver and his group at the end of ‘A House Divided’, living in his strict community of labour and punishment proves to be tough. It’s a jail sentence for them all and breaking free won’t be easy—it’ll be almost a death sentence.

Hope of escape is doubted, trust is a risk, everyone is on edge, herds of zombies are gaining in and a psychopath threatens everyone’s fate. Welcome to Episode 3: In Harm’s Way.

The Tomorrow People: Season 1 | Review and Discussion

The following will contain spoilers toward the end. You have been warned.

Telepathy; teleportation; telekinisis: the three awesome abilities The Tomorrow People acquire, except...they can't kill. Similar to the movie Jumper, each and every one of their species is being hunted by a secret organisation hunting paranormals, in this case Ultra. You have the love triangles, the badass fighting scenes, betrayal, twists, and, of course, your heroes and, behold...the Chosen One, a teenage boy named Stephen with the rare ability to stop time just like previous leader of their kind: his father.

Episode after episode, I was hooked. I liked each of the main characters and the way the show played out. It tricked me into thinking who you can trust and who the real villain is. And then, after falling in love with this series until the last few episodes, it all went wrong. Here's why.

The Novelist | Review

The Choice is Yours

Time is the essence of everything: our lives, our future. What we do with it is our choice, and the choices we do make will affect someone or something in some way. There is a consequence to everything, whether good or bad, and it’s up to you to choose wisely. The Novelist, by Orthogonal Games, is a fine example of this. Not only is it enjoyable, it’s interesting, deep and creative.

Every character’s fate and their outcome in life is on you, but the most important question you must ask yourself is “whose needs are more important?” The choice is yours.

Star-Crossed Pilot | Review

High school, drama, teenagers, rejects, forbidden love and your typical Alien versus Human tale; this is Star-Crossed. Star-Crossed is a new science-fiction romance that is exactly what you think it might be: Alien falls for Human, a show filled with clichés, almost like every other love story. So, did I love it or hate it? Neither, and here's why.

The Wolf Among Us: Episode 2 'Smoke & Mirrors' | Review

"He's Big; He's Bad;
and He's on the Hunt."

The Big Bad Wolf is back in an all new episode of The Wolf Among Us: Smoke & Mirrors! After playing through it, all I can say is "...". Honestly, I have no words, but is that good or bad? Well...both. Don't get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoyed it and am loving the series so far, but there are a few things I want to address, and don't worry, there won't be any spoilers.
